Guaranteeing your place

Your place is guaranteed once payment has been received. A confirmation for your booking
will be emailed to you along with an invoice, once your application has been processed.
 

Payments

BACS – Made to MOT Training Group. Please ask for details which can be emailed to you.

CASH - We accept cash in person ONLY.

 
Card payment via the phone or in person. Please do not send card details by email as this is
not acceptable under any circumstances.
VAT is not added currently.

 

Cancellation of a Booking

These can be made in writing to the MOT training Group up to 28 days before the start date of the course. If received within this time scale, then a full refund will be issued less any
administration fees or 20% of the course fee. If for any reason, a course is not attended,
withdrawn, cancelled etc then the full fee will remain payable.


Notice for candidate replacements should be received within two weeks prior to course start
dates.

Cancellation by MOT Training Group LTD

Where circumstances dictate, the MOT Training Group Ltd reserves the right to alter
published programmes, trainers, fees or venues without prior notice. Should a course be
cancelled, a full refund will be offered and will be without compensation for any other costs
that may have been incurred.

 

Liability


MOT Training Group Ltd, does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of
information or views expressed on its training courses, including course material. Opinions
expressed are those of the individual trainers and not necessarily those of the training group.
